I feel honored to have helped Kate Grace Photography capture this amazing wedding at The St. Regis in DC. Funnily enough, I captured two weddings this day! I photographed a small, 1-hour brunch wedding in Fairfax prior to driving over to the St Regis. It was a wildly busy day, to say the least.
Connie and Sam are a beautiful couple. Not only did they plan the most heartfelt moments for each other, but for their loving families. Connie’s father played a special role in getting her ready to see Sam at the first look. Connie asked her father to help her put on her veil. It was an incredibly sweet and emotional moment!
Later after the ceremony, Connie and Sam shared portraits in front of the timeless Astor Terrace gate. Connie opted to include one of the hotel’s famous bicycles—such a cute detail! I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day for a wedding at the St. Regis. Congratulations to the happy couple.
