This Clear Spring and Hagerstown Maryland farm wedding was very special for me to photograph. Valerie was one of the first photographers I met and worked for in weddings after moving to Maryland three years ago, so you can imagine how honored I was when she asked me to be her wedding photographer. It was great to see her find her happily ever after in Matthew, and they are the perfect match.

Val and Matt met last September and began dating quickly thereafter. They were engaged last winter and everything started falling into place. Val and Matt held both their ceremony and reception at their home church, Faith Christian Fellowship, in Hagerstown, Maryland. Val’s parent’s and childhood home was also special to her, so we photographed getting ready and First Look there, which makes it all the more meaningful to look back on.

Valerie and Matthew, I am so happy for the two of you and overjoyed to share these special moments from your wedding day. Thank you again for allowing me to participate in this joyous journey with you.
