As a returning Mississippi wedding photographer, I was excited to dip my foot back in the water here in my home state. I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Upchurch for the first time this past February. Ashley’s couple married at the new (but stunning) Reed House at Live Oaks venue in Clinton, Mississippi.
Ryan and Obe married in front of the beautiful oak tree at Reed House. This day was special in particular because there was snow on the ground! Mississippi hardly ever sees snow, so this wedding was truly one-of-a-kind. Ryan and Obe will remember their winter wonderland wedding for years to come. The couple enjoyed romantic portraits in the snow, followed by a ceremony lit by twinkling lights. The sunset created a magical backdrop for a vow exchange. Later, at the reception, Pretty Presentations prepared hot appetizers for the invited guests.
Kendall Poole Events provided stellar planning and coordination for the day. Magpie Floral provided the stunning bouquets, boutonnieres, and reception chandelier installation. Overall, these vendors created a pleasurable experience and and enjoyable day for everyone involved. Furthermore, I recommend hiring a day-of wedding coordinator (at minimum) to execute a seamless wedding experience!
