This Philadelphia Water Works engagement session was captured by Michelle Whitley as an associate photographer for Lauren Fair in September 2020. Michelle is a Water Works engagement photographer and Philadelphia wedding photographer available for weddings and portraits throughout Pennsylvania and beyond.
Brittany and Michael were determined to have their engagement session after rescheduling once already due to COVID. The couple had originally planned for a June engagement, but unfortunately the pandemic declared otherwise. With a March wedding date on the schedule, we ultimately decided a September session was perfect timing. Brittany and Michael chose Fairmount Water Works as the location for the session, with the Azalea Gardens close by.
Brittany’s family is local, however Michael’s family is from Ireland. Due to the pandemic, we have rescheduled the wedding twice. The couple is planning to bring everyone the entire family overseas to celebrate at Ashford Estate in the fall of 2022. Therefore, Brittany and Michael feel it is important that restrictions are no longer in place when they marry. I am so looking forward to being able to celebrate freely again!
