I met up with Kelsey and Max in their home of New York City for their Brooklyn Bridge engagement session last June. These two live in the financial district of NYC so it was absolutely no trouble at all for them to meet us in DUMBO.
We started our session on the iconic Philadelphia Street in Brooklyn and quickly realized how crowded it was. We captured a few images before moving on to the nearby square for pictures of Manhattan Bridge from a different angle. These turned out even better!
Kelsey and Max were an absolute pleasure to work with. The most exciting part of our session was crossing the bridge from Brooklyn into Manhattan. Please be aware we were out on a Sunday afternoon and the bridge is very crowded during that time. If you are interested in photos without people in the background, I recommend scheduling the session at sunrise instead!
Kelsey and Max will be getting married this fall in Baltimore. I feel especially connected to them as friends and can’t wait to be a part of their day!
Note: These images were captured by Michelle as an associate photographer for Lauren Fair.
